Schedule Details : - Nights
- 8 and 12 hour shifts
- Every third weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Be part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a varied and complex patient demographic, including :
- Post-operative craniotomies
- Spinal surgeries
- Patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program
This is a chance to gain exposure to the latest techniques and cutting-edge care through the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).
Your Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care.
- Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Promote a positive patient experience across all levels of care.

Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program
- Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Skills & Abilities :
- Progressive expertise in providing holistic patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to address unplanned situations with confidence.
- Proficient in medical record systems.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Use of protective clothing and equipment as necessary.
