Accountabilities :

Lead the Lynx product team, including product managers, owners, scrum masters, and UI / UX designers, guiding vision, roadmap, and execution.

Architect and execute a bold modernization strategy leveraging AI, LLMs, and other cutting-edge digital solutions.

Define, communicate, and champion the product vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions.
