The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X-Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

PMP certification

Experience in an agile or scrum team environment

Certified Scrum Master

Experience with industrial automation and warehouse operational knowledge

Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to individuals with both technical and non-technical backgrounds

Lean certification or experience with process improvement

Jira Confluence and Testrail experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Motivated self-starter with the desire to learn and grow.

Additional Requirements :

Bachelors degree in business computer science or equivalent project management experience.

2-5 years of software engineering or other technical experience depending on level sought

5 years of leadership or project management experience

Willingness to travel 20%
