Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an associate attorney with two to five years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense and / or insurance coverage. We are looking for someone to fill a position in our insurance coverage section working for the head of the section. Preference will be given to candidates with judicial clerkships in appellate or federal court.

Responsibilities include :

• Complex research and analysis
• Analysis of insurance policies
• Preparation of coverage opinions
• Preparation of appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
• Representing insurers in coverage lawsuits and first party lawsuits
• Practice involves state and federal cases
