Job Summary : We are seeking an Accounts Payable person to join our growing team!

Responsibilities :

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts payable data.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
