POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiting Sourcer plays a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to support the company’s hiring goals. This individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, leveraging sourcing strategies, tools, and networks to attract high-quality candidates across various functions.

OVERVIEW

As a strategic member of the Recruiting team, the Recruiting Sourcer will proactively source passive candidates, conduct initial outreach and screening, and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs. This role requires a deep understanding of sourcing techniques, market trends, and employer branding to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for key roles
  • Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms to find passive candidates
  • Engage with candidates through compelling outreach messages and follow-ups
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness
  • All other duties assigned.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework
  • REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM / ATS systems)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Experience sourcing for a variety of roles across departments and seniority levels
