1. M-F 8 : 30-5 : 00
2. M-F 10 : 00-7 : 00
3. Sunday- Thursday 10 : -7. : 00
4. Monday- Thursday 2 : 00 - 9 : 00
5. Sundays 10 : 00-6 : 00
Position Overview : We are seeking four Call Center Representatives to join our scheduling and support team. This is a high-volume, patient-facing role that requires excellent phone etiquette and multitasking ability.

Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Address patient inquiries and concerns
Route calls appropriately to departments
Document call activity in internal systems
