Director of Community Residential Services Job Type :

• Exempt Full Time Location : Spring Dell Center, Inc., La Plata, MD Salary : $83,283 Annually Responsibilities and Duties Spring Dell Center, Inc., a leading non-profit agency in the field of Developmental Disabilities, is seeking a Director of Community Residential Services for programs supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
• This salary, exempt position is responsible for the oversight and management of all elements of the Community Residential Program (17 + homes, 40 + individuals), including sound fiscal management, training and outstanding supervision, HR tasks, contract negotiations, and delivery of supports that promote individual choice.
• Applicant must be creative, energetic, hands-on, flexible, and have strong writing skills.  This position requires an experienced, independent professional, and developed leader who works well within a team environment.
• A commitment to high-quality supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a must.
• The ideal candidate will have a BA in a related field and a minimum of seven years supervisory experience in a health or human services field.
