Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst experienced in building and managing visual dashboards and operational reports. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics, strategic data planning, and team leadership with the ability to drive data innovation and establish analytical standards.

This position is contingent upon ITMC Solutions being awarded the contract. Candidates selected for consideration will be contacted as soon as the award decision is made. Employment offers will be finalized only upon contract award confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data analytics and strategic data initiatives

Develop data analytics strategy and governance frameworks

Mentor junior data analysts and establish analytics best practices

Collaborate with executives on data analytics strategy and data governance

Drive innovation in data analytics methodologies and technologies

Manage data analytics vendor relationships and technology evaluations

Oversee data analytics compliance and quality assurance programs

Lead data analytics transformation and modernization initiatives

Establish data analytics excellence programs and continuous improvement

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

5+ years data analytics experience with strategic planning and team leadership

Advanced data analytics certifications (SQL, Python, R, Tableau)

Required Skills

Strong strategic thinking, analytical leadership, and data expertise

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), enterprise data platforms, and strategic planning tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Effective interpersonal skills
