This newly created position, SALES Program Coordinator – Team Lead supports our Atlanta area Program Management team. This role ensures smooth operations, fosters collaboration, and drives program success through oversight and hands-on coordination.

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to :

  • Team leadership to ensure team meets goals and requirements, supports team training and monitoring performance.
  • Continuous Improvement to ensure ongoing leading edge customer service.
  • Assist the Sales Team with customer follow-up and inquiries, ensuring timely, uninterrupted service and that all customer requirements are met.
  • Provide internal backup to Sales through the provision of data and responses to departmental inquiries.
  • Ensure documentation records are maintained for all customers.
  • Ensure continuous communication of customer information to all internal departments.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Aligning program activities with the organization’s goals and mission statements.
  • Prepare informative progress reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment (program management, customer service)
  • Excellent Organizational, multi-tasking skills
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel)
  • Ability to : manage multiple projects at any given time interpret technical documents and drawings work under pressure with minimal supervision interface with multiple functional departments communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing maintain accurate and detailed documentation work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary
