We are looking for an office manager and executive assistant who will help keep our facilities and locations running smoothly. Successful candidates will be self-starters with experience working as part of fast-paced teams.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day logistical support to the office including general cleanliness, coordinating facilities maintenance with vendors, replenishment of consumables, registration of guests, etc
Provide meeting scheduling and travel management support for two executives
Support marketing event logistics including team travel, shipment of marketing materials and swag procurement
Provide administrative support to the executive team including administering of Docusign contracts, following up with vendors, interview scheduling and onboarding of new hires
Organize team socials and Friday lunches for the company
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
6+ years of relevant experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational stills
Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Salary : 20-40 an hour
