Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can help create a community and a welcoming environment for our students and families. The Operations Manager will manage the classroom / instructors during operational hours, coach and train a team of instructors, and ensure students are provided with an enjoyable and fun learning experience. You will work with parents to define their child's learning needs and establish a high level of confidence and program value.

Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest growing and largest kids coding franchise with over 400 locations in the US, Canada, and the UK. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can't wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Responsibilities include :

• Oversee daily operations of the Classroom
• Manage a team of up to 10-20 employees
• Work with our software and tools to manage operations
• Engage and oversee coding coaches / tutors to ensure team needs are met
• Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students
• Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
• Uphold standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
• Opening / closing the center when needed
• Report weekly to the Owner on progress

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors, High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience : Management / Team Lead : 1 year (Preferred), STEM / Technology Knowledge preferred but not required

Manager Experience : 1-3 years preferred

License / Certification : CPR Certification (Preferred)

Expected Work Schedule :

Mon to Thurs : 1-7pm

Fri : 2 : 30 to 6 : 30pm

Sat : 9am-2pm

Sun : As needed based on any events such as Birthday Parties.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
