As a Tax Manager, you'll lead with expertise, mentor your team, and manage a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring their tax strategies align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Build and strengthen client relationships with a deep understanding of their industries and unique needs.
• Prepare internal memoranda, correspondence, and guidance for submission to tax authorities.
• Provide technical training and participate in staff mentorship programs.
• Oversee performance and professional development of team members.
• Manage multiple client engagements, budgets, and productivity goals.
• Contribute to practice development and business growth initiatives.
