About the Role

As our Technical Trainer, you will design, develop, and lead company-wide training programs that align with business goals. You’ll create engaging course content, manage training calendars, and maintain our online platform using LMS tools. You’ll also create presentations, videos, and worksheets, and deliver live sessions, webinars, and workshops to ensure our teams have the technical skills they need to excel. Additionally, you’ll track results, gather feedback, and continuously refine training delivery for maximum impact.

Proven experience as a trainer in a manufacturing, mechanical, or service industry

Strong knowledge of technical training methodologies and tools

Background in course content development for mechanical roles

Experience with Learning Management Systems (ExpertusONE preferred)

Ability to create engaging content, including video-based learning (e.g., Synthesia)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred

Compensation : $110,000 – $120,000 + PVO Incentive Plan
