• Key Qualifications :
• Experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on building automation controls
• Familiarity with building automation software is essential
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to diagnose and address system issues
• Ability to interpret control drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with Honeywell and Niagara / Tridium systems is an advantage
• Aptitude for using hand tools, laptops, and testing equipment effectively
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Strong PC proficiency, including HVAC software programming
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory
• Excellent communication skills with an assertive approach to customer support
