CNC Machinist Programmer

Staffmark is hiring a CNC Machinist Programmer in Bossier City, LA! Join our precision manufacturing team and play a key role in producing high-quality components while working with advanced CNC machinery.

Pay : $20-$30 / hour, based on experience

Shift : Day shift

What You'll Do :

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for milling, turning, or multi-axis operations.
• Develop CNC programs using CAD / CAM software (Edgecam, Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or equivalent).
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings to ensure precise production.
• Perform test runs, inspect first articles, and adjust programs to meet tolerances.
• Monitor operations for tooling, speed, and feed adjustment s.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and maintain a safe , organized workspace.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production staff to optimize processes.
• Document programs, setups, and tooling lists for repeat jobs.
