job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions. Verify invoices are properly coded and entered into the general ledger in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors utilizing OCR technology for vendor setup, coding rule setup, and other ad-hoc requests. Manage the central AP inbox, ensuring timely responses to vendors and internal stakeholders. Support team initiatives and ad-hoc projects related to Accounts Payable and optimization within Workday. Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator or similar role. Proficiency with Workday or other ERP systems (preferred). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and courteous approach when interacting with employees and vendors. Strong organizational and time management skills. 35 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience. Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

About the Role
