You will lead the modernization of legacy systems into a scalable, modular, API-first architecture while embedding AI and automation into core workflows. The role combines hands-on architectural leadership with organizational development, ensuring engineering teams operate efficiently and deliver high-impact outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business strategy, accelerate product velocity, and enable sustainable growth. Accountabilities :

• Define and execute the multi-year technology vision and platform architecture for an AI-powered operating system.
• Lead modernization initiatives, transitioning legacy systems into modular, event-driven, and API-first platforms.
• Architect and maintain an open API ecosystem for partners, third-party developers, and internal squads.
• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization with a culture of ownership, velocity, and craftsmanship.
• Partner with Product, Data, and AI teams to embed intelligence, automation, and predictive workflows across core systems.
• Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, security, and developer experience meet enterprise-grade standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate technology strategy into business impact and enterprise value.
