About the role

Rippling's financial platform is the engine behind products that move billions of dollars and pay millions of workers each week. We manage dozens of currencies to make sure funds move to the right place, at the right time, every time. We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the development and feature expansion of our global payments infrastructure and money movement capabilities that unlock the next set of customers for Rippling. You will lead our bank account platform that manages payment methods, funding options, and flows of funds, and the overall user experience for how customers move money for Rippling products like Payroll, Corporate Cards, Bill Pay and more. You'll work closely with teams of engineers, our treasury team, payment operations, and legal and compliance experts across the company.

What role do Product Managers play at Rippling? The product team owns Rippling's product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.

What you will do

• Expand the coverage, reliability, and speed of our financial infrastructure and global payment rails
• Launch new payment methods and flows for customers around the world including direct debit, real-time payments, stablecoins, and more
• Develop a simple and consistent user experience for payment method management across all Rippling products
• Build out and manage our bank and fintech integrations that power internal and external money movement
• Make money move faster. Increase our use of real-time payment systems around the world
• Define flows of funds for our core money movement and treasury operations
• Work closely with multiple engineering teams, diving deeply into the details of every solution
• Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, finance, and more to plan, spec, and build out our global payments infrastructure

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

144,000 - 252,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
