Job Overview
This position is responsible for full performance complex work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution. This position may perform lead work over lower-level staff.
This position will be expected to be the primary support for a new implementation of the Epic Beans module, then will transition into a support role for Beans and Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOD).

Hours per week : 40, eligible for benefits
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. Occasional weekend / evening coverage during quarterly Epic upgrade, on-call shift equals 1 week less than or equal to 0-2x / year.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Strong preference given to those applicants who have at least four (4) years of Epic Application Analyst experience.
Strong preference given to those applicants who have certification / experience with the Bean module or recent specialty module implementation.
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $101,987.37 to $152,981.05
