Job Summary :

The SAP Procurement Functional Analyst role involves analyzing and resolving procurement system issues within SAP ERP (ECC or S4 / HANA) and Ariba / Ivalua. The analyst will implement additional functionality, collect and analyze procurement data for reports, and prepare reports using SAP data. This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and experience working with business users.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and solve Procurement system and functional issues in SAP ERP (ECC or S4 / HANA) and Ariba / Ivalua in a timely manner.
  • Respond to business users for procurement system related questions and issues.
  • Implement additional functionality to SAP MM, Ariba and their testing.
  • Collect and analyze procurement data required for various reports on procurement activity including contract and inventory related activity.
  • Prepare various reports using SAP data including state mandated annual report of procurement contracts.

Required Skills & Certifications :

  • Strong knowledge and experience of working in Procurement process - Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module, tables, transport, transaction codes, SAP Query and Reports.
  • Experience of working with business users to resolve their issues.
  • Good communication skills and customer service support.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

    • Preferred Skills & Certifications :

  • Functional knowledge of e-sourcing systems such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua.
  • Knowledge of Contract Management, Catalog and Risk modules.
  • SAP certifications.
