• This position will be based in Chattanooga TN with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office or fully remote for the right candidate

Role Overview :

Reporting to the Benefits Technology Lead you will support the development and execution of the benefits technology roadmap. Youll lead strategic initiatives build and manage vendor relationships and act as a central resource for benefits technology partnerships.

Pay Transparency

Salary range : $85000-$120000

Overtime eligible : Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible : Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience skills qualifications and job location. Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary addition to base salary employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
