Experience in mail room or customer service environment a plus Experience with entering data into a management system. Internet Explorer and MS Office programs.
Log and distribute packages received at Resident Services Office to residents and provide administrative support.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Responsible for receiving and logging packages received from UPS, Fedex, etc.
- Responsible for delivering packages to residents on a daily basis and following up on any packages that have not been picked up within a specified window of time
- Assist Resident Life Managers with answering phones and greeting residents as needed
- Answers questions related to the availability of packages.
- Moves packages into storage area and maintains the area organized for ease of search for packages.
- Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to the office staff and the property manager as needed
REQUIREMENTS

Salary Range : $19.00-$20.00 per hour, D.O.E.
