Hours are Wednesday through Friday, 1pm to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm. Pay is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-value transport runs, ensuring approved drivers or escorts are scheduled, briefed, and tracked in real time.
• Support scheduling and monitoring of workplace violence response posts, strike-related details, and special event security deployments.
• Track live missions, respond to real-time issues, and communicate status updates to clients and management.
• Verify that partner agencies and subcontractors follow company standards and contractual requirements.
• Receive and document inbound requests for special services and urgent coverage.
• Match available staff or partners to requests, update schedules, and relay changes to Operations Managers and clients.
• Ensure timekeeping and billing data is accurate and complete for all assignments.
• Maintain clear documentation of each case from start to finish.
• Perform similar coordination and support duties within the Special Services group as needed.
