Job Title : RN Manager - Acute Care Telemetry

Location : On-site, near Pearland, TX

Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 + Sign-on bonus + Relocation Assistance

They are currently hiring a full-time, permanent RN Manager - Acute Care Telemetry position. Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager - Acute Care Telemetry to oversee and manage the daily operations of the telemetry department. In this leadership role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide supervision and guidance to the telemetry nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hospital policies, and regulatory standards.

Monitor patient care standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other departments to coordinate care delivery.

Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to optimize departmental performance.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.

Participate in strategic planning and support organizational goals.

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Texas or compact state eligibility.

BSN required; MSN or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care telemetry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and manage departmental resources effectively.
