ROLE SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Floor Manager with experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurants. The Floor Manager will be responsible for daily restaurant operations along with training new staff. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience managing a high-volume, fine dining establishment required.

RESPONSIBILTIES :

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment.
• Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM.
• Other tasks as assigned.
