Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. This role supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership training initiatives and development programs aimed at nurturing high-potential employees and preparing them for future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of leadership development programs
Assist in the creation of training materials, workshops, and seminars
Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps
Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to program leaders
Coordinate logistics for internal and external development events
Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to align development strategies with business goals
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in learning & development, leadership programs, or talent management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of LMS platforms is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
