Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Office Talent Acquisition Team. Candidate must live within the Eastern Standard Time Zone and within commutable distance to Pennsauken NJ .

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 PM Eastern.

Travel : Must be able to work a hybrid schedule requiring weekly travel to our Pennsauken NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities :

• Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding process.
• Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks initiating BAYADA documentation federal exclusion checks and auditing files.
• Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for theTalent Acquisition team
• Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions
• Working collaboratively with our HR Operations team to initiate background checks
• Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects andpilots
