Blending Operator

We are seeking a Blender / Extrusion Operator to mix, pre-form, and extrude materials for thread seal tapes.

Responsibilities :

  • Weigh and blend PTFE resins, pigments, and lubricants.
  • Operate preforming equipment to create material billets.
  • Relocate raw materials to storage and production areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used.
  • Set up and operate extrusion equipment.
  • Load, extrude, unload, weigh, and tag finished products.
  • Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure product quality.
  • Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance.
  • Identify and quarantine non-conforming products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to use hands for handling objects and tools.
  • Ability to reach overhead, stoop, stand, bend, sit, kneel, and squat.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 35 pounds frequently.

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $19.00 - $19.00
