Salary : 50k-60k base + uncapped commission

Gifted Healthcare is a leader in innovative staffing solutions, leveraging the talents of our nurses to exceed the expectations of clinicians and clients. Focused on meeting the needs of nurses, we offer a variety of services including PRN, LTAC, Infusion, Government, and Travel Nursing staffing.

We are seeking an experienced, sales-minded individual to join our Nurse Recruitment Division. This position reports to the Director of Recruiting.

Location : Remote - US

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering all facets of our recruiting success across the organization, while benefiting from a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits package.

How You Will Contribute to Gifted Healthcare :

• Engage and Covert : Research prospects and respond to inquiries to convert prospects into interested candidates
• Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews : Initiate initial contact and conduct pre-screening interviews
• Evaluate Candidates : Assess, qualify, and disqualify applicants based on their suitability
• Build Networks : Develop and maintain networks to generate candidate referrals
• Participate in Events : Attend and represent the company at industry recruiting events.
• Negotiate and Close : Manage the full cycle recruitment, including extending offers and closing with candidates
• Fill Positions Efficiently : Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions

What You Bring to the Table :

Compensation : The salary range for this role is $50,000$60,000, based on your experience, skill level, education, and overall qualifications. In addition to your base salary, this position offers uncapped commission earnings potential, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your total compensation based on performance.
