Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Sparta Family Medicine is looking for a skilled physician to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Practice currently has 6 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Practice has on site laboratory services, imaging, and Physical Therapy.
