A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to provide guidance and support in employee relations matters across US and Canadian operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching to managers on performance management and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage risk in employee relations practices
Develop training programs and policies related to employee relations topics
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7+ years of progressive employee relations experience
Experience with US and Canadian employment law requirements
PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
Employment law or investigation certification is a plus
