Responsibilities

Offer best in class travel consultation to Altour clients. Quote and book accurate domestic & international air, car and hotel reservations.

• Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment.
• Delivery extraordinary customer service to all Altour clients.

Greet all clients with enthusiasm.

Utilization of client and Altour negotiated programs when applicable.

Productivity measured by transactions per day.
