Receive inbound service callsContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with service and sales department to increase service trafficStay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Toyota manufacture recallsProperly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointmentsOutstanding Customer ServiceQualifications :
Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!Superior communication and customer service skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetMaintaining a positive, can-do attitudeHigh School Diploma or equivalentGroup 1 Automotive , a Fortune 250 company, is a leading operator of automotive dealerships and collision centers across the United States and United Kingdom.
