Qualifications

• Medical Degree MD / DO Required
• BC / BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• Ability to obtain : Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain : WA State Medical License

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
