The posted compensation range of $17.00 - $21.99 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Operates switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Monitors and initiates protocols for life safety alarms. Follows pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Applies knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospital.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :

• High school diploma / GED required
• 1 year previous high volume telephone experience. 1 year previous customer service experience.
