Program Manager - Hvac Controls & Sales

PECO Control Systems, a division of Astronics-PECO, is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Building Automation & Controls team in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This leadership role represents a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and market expansion for our innovative temperature controls, including connectivity and efficiency solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on delivering best in class solutions to the HVAC, commercial cooking, and industrial markets. As a key member of our team, you will shape the strategic direction of our Control portfolio, develop new market opportunities, and build lasting partnerships with key customers and channel partners. This role combines strategic business leadership with hands-on market engagement, requiring both executive level thinking and field sales execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Drive revenue expansion through new market penetration and existing customer growth. Manage operating budgets, pricing strategies, and margin optimization initiatives.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Market Development : Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in building automation, smart building technologies, and IoT. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Sales & Channel Management : Lead direct sales efforts with key accounts and strategic customers. Develop and maintain relationships with OEM partners, distribution channels, and manufacturer representatives.
• Customer Engagement : Conduct Senior leader level presentations and product demonstrations to C-suite decision-makers. Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and market opportunities.
