Key Responsibilities :

• Manage regular move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections, tenant information collection, and deposit handling.
• Utilize AppFolio to manage customer data, maintenance requests, contracts, and related issues throughout the rental process.
• Assign work orders and collaborate with maintenance technicians to inspect properties, supervise repairs, and maintain property units, common areas, and amenities to fulfill tenant requests.
• Communicate with landlords and vendors to advance the completion of maintenance and repair progress.
• Conduct property visits to ensure all sites and communities are properly maintained and to anticipate potential issues.
• Establish effective communication and maintain good relationships with tenants by addressing and resolving complaints.
• Handle correspondence with vendors, owners, and other organizations to discuss and schedule minor construction issues and other matters.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
