We're looking for a full-time Educational Program Coordinator to help lead our programs across Greater Lowell and Greater Boston. With a competitive salary of $60,000 - $68,000 / year and great benefits , this role is perfect for someone who loves education and making a difference.

YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR LEAD

This is a full-time hybrid role , meaning you'll spend time both in the field and working remotely. Some evenings and weekends may be needed for events, but no two days will be the same.

YOUR DAY AS AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR LEAD

You'll be running STEM programs at multiple school sites, making sure students are engaged and learning in exciting ways. You'll mentor and coach Program Coordinators, helping them grow and succeed. You'll also work closely with schools and community partners, representing Kids In Tech at events and meetings. Curriculum updates, scheduling, prepping materials, and tracking attendance will also be part of your day. Some evenings and weekends will be dedicated to special events that showcase the impact of wha t we do.
