A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide personalized technical assistance to customers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for US customers regarding technical queries and API integrations Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to support technical touchpoints and create documentation Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to engineering as necessary, while maintaining strong internal relationships Required Qualifications Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or research-driven environment Familiarity with observability, automation, and data tools such as Datadog and Postman Experience with helpdesk and project management tools like Zendesk and Jira Ability to work with engineering teams on issue escalation and bug reporting Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer queries efficiently
