Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business & Triniti Home Health & Hospice ! We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to travel to our MN sites in the North Region / North Metro! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) & a $10,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement . New grads are welcome to apply!

This Full-Time position working 3 days per week, 8 hours a day because we factor in drive time and documentation. Hours and Days are Flexible!

Pay Range : $45 - $60 / hour depending on experience

Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

  • Assess & Diagnose : Develop "Start of Care Visits" and "Initial Evaluations" by evaluating patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history. Then pass the case / patient to the primary therapist in that area.
  • Develop & Implement Treatment Plans : Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Provide Hands-on Therapy : Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.

Physical Therapist Qualifications :

  • Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor's degree
  • Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
  • Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
