POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the supervision of the Director of Life Enrichment, the Memory Program Coordinator assists in the development, organization, and coordination of community resources to provide a high-quality activity program for residents in the Terrace Memory Care Neighborhood at Rhoda Goldman Plaza. This role designs and implements a diverse array of activities tailored to the interests, values, and specific needs of memory care residents, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as the Montessori Approach and Validation Therapy.
The Memory Program Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining Rhoda Goldman Plaza’s high operational standards by fostering a vibrant, engaging, and therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate embodies empathy and warmth, cultivates a supportive, family-like atmosphere, and is dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life through meaningful engagement aimed at reducing loneliness and promoting a sense of belonging and purpose.
