Required education may include a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified ProfessionalRecruiter) or project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are valued but not mandatory. For these optional skills, 13 years of relevant experience is preferred. Key attributes of success include adaptability to changing client needs, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, collaborate across teams, and maintain high ethical standards is essential.

Desired / Nice to have skills : Experience with HRIS / payroll platforms. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., FLSA, EEO). Data-driven decision-making. Experience supporting process automation or system upgrades. Multilingual communication skills.

Experience level : Expert level.

Job type and location : This is a permanent position based out of Valencia, CA.

Pay and benefits : The pay range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 / yr. Health & wellness : Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families.
