OneStream Technical Lead

Join Mizuho as the OneStream Technical Lead!

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of OneStream solutions from Finance IT side, ensuring best practices are followed by vendor team.
• Conduct / Participate in workshops to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend solutions
• Define solution structure, including system integrations, data flows, and financial reporting.
• Provide design input for customized workflows, calculations, and financial models.
• Create technical design documentation, including requirements and RTM.
• Oversee OneStream implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead data migration and integration with ERP and financial systems.
• Serve as the primary Finance IT contact, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation.
• Provide training to user community on OneStream functionality and best practices.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, offering architectural guidance to ensure successful application development.

The expected base salary ranges from $160,000 - $190,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
