Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our collaboration with community colleges across the United States. This role focuses on integrating the LMS platform into associate and undergraduate degree programs, offering certifications and classes that enhance educational outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with a deep understanding of the community college environment.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

Program Management :

  • Oversee the implementation of the LMS program across multiple community colleges.
  • Ensure alignment with educational goals and integration into existing degree programs.

    • Project Management :

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or deviations promptly.

    • Team Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community college partners.

    • Strategic Engagement :

  • Develop strategies to increase program adoption and awareness within the community college network.
