Our state-of-the-art 52-bed acute rehabilitation facility offers personalized treatment for individuals who are recovering from a severe injury or illness so that each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their care journey.

Our programs offer customized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke brain injury neurological conditions trauma spinal cord injury amputation or orthopedic injury.

How youll contribute

APharmacistwho excels in this role :

  • Verifies physician medication orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitors and evaluates the six critical processes of medication management; determines risk points and is an active participant with physicians and clinical staff in continuous quality and performance improvement
  • Verifies and approves the work of Pharmacy Technician(s)
  • Orders and stores medications keeping them safe and effective
  • Monitors drug therapy for appropriateness and promotes / evaluates rational drug therapy that improves pharmaceutical care. Performs anticoagulant monitoring
  • Other duties as assigned

What were looking for

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. Additional requirements include :

  • BS Pharm or Pharm D degree required accredited clinical residency preferred
  • Must hold a current state license to practice pharmacy
  • Two years experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
