Position Summary

Join Heading Home Corps as a Housing Resource Navigator and youll spend your days at a nonprofit organization or public agency t hat has a mission in housing advocacy social services and / or public assistance . Well train you to help individuals obtain safe stable housing and support you every step of the way !

How does it work Y oull regularly meet with part icipants and provide guidance as they navigate resources set housing-related goals and develop action plans. With individually tailored support youll help people as they build brighter futures!

We are currently hiring for the 2025-26 program year. Positions runJanuary 2026-Ju ly 2026 .

Part-time positions are also available at 25 hours per week!

About our Organization

Heading Home Corps incredible AmeriCorps members who are on a mission to help more Minnesotans achieve stable housing. The program launched in 2021 as a strategic partnership through ServeMinnesota and is administered by Ampact as part of its healthy futures program offerings.
