As a Field Service Technician / UPS Technician, every day brings something different : troubleshooting high-tech UPS systems, supporting installations, and building lasting customer relationships.

Field Service Technician / UPS Technician – Your Job Duties :

You will travel throughout Texas working on UPS systems for various customers in the San Antonio Texas area (plan for about 25% or less travel to be overnight, the rest local to San Antonio area).

• Perform preventive maintenance, start-ups, repairs, and upgrades on UPS systems, batteries, and related power equipment for clients located in Texas
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
• Conduct site assessments, testing, and technical evaluations to verify system reliability and compliance.
• Support installation, de-installation, and modification projects at customer sites.
• Remove, replace, and commission failed or aging batteries and components.
• Complete accurate Field Service Reports, expense reports, and maintain clear service documentation.
• Provide professional, customer-focused technical support both onsite and remotely.
• Adhere to all electrical safety regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
