Technical Product Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with sales team to support new commercial opportunities, participate in customer engagements, gather technical / product requirements and drive internal resources
• Prepare materials and participate in product presentations as necessary
• Support RFQs, RFPs. Aid in development of pricing strategy that achieves target profit margins at all stages of the product life cycle
• Lead product sampling process for customers including managing and communication of schedules to customers
• Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of Amphenol products
• Develop marketing materials including product datasheets, press releases, and other online or printed marketing collateral
• Develop sales and marketing tools, providing technical assistance to customers and sales team
• Data analysis of product sales including tracking of revenue / margin by product / part number / region / customer
• Job-related travel up to 10%
