You'll sit at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and user experience, transforming complex, dynamic interactions into reliable, natural-sounding conversations. You'll collaborate closely with founders and customers, implementing features directly into live environments, iterating fast, and building the foundations that the wider engineering team will scale on. The Role

• Develop, deploy, and iterate on voice and LLM-driven systems for real customer use-cases
• Own architecture decisions supporting scalability, latency, and reliability
• Work closely with enterprise customers to integrate workflows and deliver features they'll adopt immediately
• Evaluate model behaviour across real conversational traffic and drive improvements
• Design systems that anticipate future growth and team expansion
